Are your remote control cars ready-to-run (RTR)?
Yes!
The vast majority of our models are sold as Ready-to-Run (RTR). This means they come with everything you need to start driving right out of the box, including the transmitter (controller), battery, and charger. Some advanced, professional-build kits are clearly marked as "Kit" for enthusiasts who want to build from scratch.

All products purchased from us include a limited warranty of 90 days from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance.
- Consumable parts such as batteries, tires, and connectors.
Products altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Our logistics currently cover 27 countries including the United States, Canada, the European Union, and Japan. You can check on the order page whether delivery is available to your area.

All orders placed through https://hbx-hobby.com are processed within five (5) business days after payment confirmation. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the order has been successfully processed.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
