HAIBOXING 2105 1/14 Brushed RC Truck with 2 Batteries

I am an avid RC user, having owned multiple high end RC cars in the past and currently am the owner of a professional grade DJI drone. I have been looking for a lower cost RC car option to play around with for fun and I recently got a 1:14 scale RC Lamborghini. This RC was a lot of fun and pretty quick but spun out a lot and as it was very low to the ground, it would get caught up on a lot on rocks or gravel on the road. So, back to the drawing board, I wanted to look for another RC option that was more expensive and similar to the ones I had used in my past and that’s when I came across this 1:14 scale, 4x4 Off-Road RC Monster Truck. This thing is awesome and at first impressions, the truck looked very realistic, to scale, and having two shells with different color options was great. It also comes with two batteries for hours of fun. There was even a bunch of stickers you could put all over the shells. When I got the RC, I unboxed it and charged up the batteries so I could use it after dinner. It even came with a wrench and extra tie downs for the shells, which I am sure would get lost over time. The included controller appeared to be one similar to what you would find on a higher priced model, and I liked that all the controls were on top with a side control for the front lights. The RC arrived in a well packaged container and included everything you need to get up and running right away. When you take off the shell of the RC and look at the insides of the RC, you will find what appears to be a very high end set up, like you would find on a much higher end model. However, you do need two AA batteries for the controller and also an actual charging block, which seems to be very common that these charging blocks are not included when you get a battery operated product. My fiancée and I took out the new 4x4 truck and my older RC Lamborghini tonight and were cruising them around on our neighborhood streets. While I really enjoyed the Lamborghini, this new 4x4 truck blew that RC away! I started off on the low speed setting and in a race between the two RCs, the 4x4 truck beat it without any issues. I cranked up the speed to the highest levels and it blew the Lamborghini away! This thing is truly awesome. I was able to go over curbs, the grass, and was even jumping the curbs at the end of our sidewalks. The rubber tires gripped the road very well and the independent suspension with shocks absorbers helped keep the 4x4 hugging the road. As my fiancé isn’t the best RC driver, she hit into me a few times and this 4x4 truck had NO damage, thanks to the front and rear bumpers which are built very strong. As we were cruising around at night, the LED headlights were very bright and I was able to see the RC the entire time. For the batteries, we were probably cruising around for 20-30 minutes and this RC was still going strong on one battery. When I was reading through the owners manual, I also found at the end of the manual, there was a full parts list, so if anything broke, you should be able to contact the company and get replacement parts, which for a higher priced RC like this, this is a great option to have. For my final thoughts, I am so happy I came across this option and feel it is a great RC for the price point and geared more towards older children/adults. I think this a great, higher than an entry level RC tuck for older kids or adults who want to start / or grow into the hobby. You will not be disappointed!

it's a great truck, a bit bigger and faster than the 1:18 this 1:14 truck is awesome, sometimes gets up curbs that are taller than it's tires.. can jump very well.. but definitely needs the oil shocks, i put those on from the beginning and also used two of the original shocks to help with the weight of the rear. as you can see in one of the photos.. i had to change the angle to get a proper spring rate.. it rides really nice now. it's heavy enough to crack the cover but easily replaceable, i added strings to hold the body clips because they like to fly away. i love the trophy truck style and in real life the purple body is actually really good looking.. these tire have really good grip too.. no center diff but great little truck. can handle a 3S battery a little bit before overheating.. steering servo is great. I've managed to crack the front bumper from some bad landing so i tucked a little toy tire in it.. this thing is very tough but as a beginner I did bust both of the front cv joints, easy repair. needed the oil shock upgrade imo, maybe slightly faster than a beginner needs.
